Jimmy Choo was born in 1961 in Penang, Malaysia to a family of shoe manufacturers. He is just 11 when he designs his first pair of shoes. His passion for fashion led him to London where he graduated from Cordwainers' Technical College. The location of his first shoe workshop is an abandoned London hospital. Specialized craftsmen produce made-to-measure glamor shoes, fulfilling the wishes of every woman. The turning point in the history of the brand is the meeting with Lady Diana Spencer, muse of the brand, who immediately sensed the talent of the designer by wearing one of his creations and consecrating him in the global fashion scene.
