In the light of the current global situation due to COVID-19, we would like to inform our dear customers that there could be a small delay in the order handling and shipping (normally within 1 to 4 days). We have however extended the time for return to 30 days from the delivery date for unworn and unused items.
We also would like to inform you that Customer Service is only available by e-mail at the moment.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with a purchase, the items may be returned UNWORN for a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. In this case, the costs of return shipping including any additional charges (customs, taxes, etc.) are to be covered in full by the customer.
Before shipping your return, we invite the customer to fill out the return form you can find through the link "Return an Item" to obtain a return number. If the return form is no longer accessible, it means the time to return is expired.
Return shippings without return number could face delays in their acceptance and refund.
Exchanges won't be accepted.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The security seal tag present on items must be intact and must not be cut or broken.
Garments must NOT have been worn, washed or altered and must not present any signs of wear.
The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not present signs of wear or marks of any type.
Each garment must be returned complete with all the certificates of authenticity, labels, packaging and the original accessories (clothe hangers, garment bags, dust bags, ...) received together with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned complete with their original box. Boxes are considered for all intents and purposes to be an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or altered in any way and must not have been used as external packaging.
Bathing costumes, lingerie and underwear (bikinis, boxer shorts, slips, ...) must always be tried on over your underwear. If garments present signs of wear or the transparent protective labelling is missing, these items will be rejected and returned to the customer.
RETURNS MUST BE SENT INSIDE THE “GAUDENZI” BOX.
In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise or that GAUDENZI dispatches the wrong merchandise, please follow the instructions above.
GAUDENZI reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising the return of defective merchandise and accepting the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise to its store.
In this case the customer must use the courier service indicated by “GAUDENZI” in the authorisation.
RETURNS SENT FROM A COUNTRY WHICH IS NOT THE SAME AS THE COUNTRY TO WHICH THE MERCHANDISE WAS ORIGINALLY DELIVERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The costs of return shipping including any additional charges are to be covered in full by the customer.
Unless otherwise expressly indicated, reference will be made to the European regulations on distance marketing.
Reimbursement will be made once the returned merchandise arrives at the GAUDENZI store and after the garment has been checked.
For orders paid by credit card, the reimbursed amount will be available to the customer after approximately 15 days and will be shown on the next account statement for the card used.
Times can vary depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.
From the amount of the refund could be deducted any costs GAUDENZI has sustained to receive the return parcel, such as customs, shipping costs, etc. that were not paid by the Customer as shipper of the return parcel, as well as the shipping cost paid from the customer during the purchase.
It is not possible to make price adjustments, and therefore, to reimburse the difference between the price at the moment of the order and a discounted price. The price paid for an item is the price shown on the webiste at the moment the order is placed.
